New Look Reopens Bristol Store with First Dedicated 915 Concept

Date:

The refurbished Cribbs Causeway store introduces a standalone entrance for its youth-focused 915 range as the British fashion retailer continues investing in its UK retail network.

British fashion retailer New Look has reopened its refurbished store at Cribbs Causeway in Bristol, unveiling a dedicated retail space for its youth-focused 915 brand as it invests in its physical store estate and customer experience.

The 9,044 sq ft store reopened on 23 October 2026 following refurbishment. Its redesigned layout features dedicated shopping areas for womenswear, footwear and accessories, alongside a separate entrance for 915, giving the younger customer-focused range a distinct identity within the wider store.

The 915 concept is the standout feature of the redevelopment, allowing New Look to target younger shoppers through a more differentiated retail experience. The store also includes a returns kiosk intended to simplify online returns and exchanges, strengthening the connection between the retailer’s digital and physical channels.

Mark Matthews, Chief Retail and Digital Officer at New Look, said the reopening reflected the company’s commitment to improving its stores and creating a more engaging shopping environment. The launch weekend featured goody bags for the first 100 customers making a purchase, prizes hidden around the store and complimentary coffee.

The Bristol reopening forms part of New Look’s wider investment in its UK retail network. The retailer has been refreshing existing locations and developing new store concepts, including its largest-ever concept store at Metrocentre in Gateshead earlier in 2026. These investments reflect the continuing importance of physical stores in its strategy, alongside online retail and customer loyalty initiatives.

New Look has also been developing its digital capabilities and customer engagement. Its Club New Look loyalty programme has surpassed one million members, while the company has outlined a £30 million investment in digital capabilities to improve the shopping experience across channels.

Founded in 1969, New Look operates 309 stores and serves more than 10 million customers across the UK, supported by its online retail business. The company reported unaudited revenue of £677.9 million for the 52 weeks ended 28 March 2026, with digital channels accounting for 38.4% of total revenue.

New Look has also used franchising to expand internationally. However, its current franchise network and availability of new franchise opportunities have not been confirmed. The Bristol reopening is a company-led store investment rather than an announced franchise deal.
