Domino’s China Accelerates Growth, Eyes 350 New Openings in 2026

Date:

Domino’s Pizza China, operated by DPC Dash Ltd, is set to significantly scale its footprint with plans to open approximately 350 net new stores in 2026, as it continues to tap into the country’s underpenetrated pizza market.

As of the first quarter of 2026, the company operated 1,462 stores across 72 cities, marking a net addition of 147 outlets compared to the end of 2025 and reflecting rapid network expansion.

The company’s development pipeline remains strong, with stores already opened, under construction, or signed accounting for around 65% of its full-year 2026 opening target, indicating an accelerated pace of rollout.

Expansion into lower-tier cities has emerged as a key growth driver, while tier-one markets continue to deliver stable, high-quality revenues backed by proven unit economics. The Chinese mainland has also become the third-largest international market within the global Domino’s system by store count.

DPC Dash’s aggressive store rollout is supported by strong early performance of new outlets, with the company holding the top 50 positions globally for first 30-day sales within the Domino’s network, underscoring the scalability and replicability of its operating model.

Alongside physical expansion, the company is leveraging digital capabilities to drive growth. Its loyalty programme has surpassed 38.8 million members, with 17.6 million new customers acquired over the past 12 months, enabling more targeted marketing and improved customer retention.

The planned addition of 350 stores in 2026 aligns with DPC Dash’s broader strategy to deepen market penetration, strengthen brand presence, and capitalise on rising demand for delivery-led, tech-enabled dining experiences in China.
