Jollibee Group Dominates Philippine Restaurant Brand Rankings with Top Three Spots

Date:

The Jollibee Group has reinforced its dominance in the Philippine restaurant industry after its flagship brands, Jollibee, Mang Inasal and Chowking, were ranked as the country’s three most valuable restaurant brands in the Brand Finance Philippines 50 2026 report.

Leading the rankings, Jollibee recorded a 32% year-on-year increase in brand value to US$3.3 billion, maintaining its position as the Philippines’ most valuable restaurant brand. According to Brand Finance, the brand now accounts for approximately 80% of the total value of the Philippine restaurant sector, underscoring its market leadership and strong consumer appeal. The Philippine restaurant sector’s combined brand value reached approximately US$4.1 billion, representing 29% annual growth.

Jollibee Group’s homegrown brands also delivered strong performances across the rankings. Mang Inasal secured the No. 2 restaurant brand position after increasing its brand value by 28% to US$482 million. The grilled chicken chain was also recognised among Brand Finance’s “Brands to Watch” for 2026 and emerged as the second-strongest Philippine brand across both restaurant and non-restaurant categories. Chowking completed the podium by retaining the No. 3 position among restaurant brands.

“This recognition reflects the trust and love that generations of customers have placed in our brands,” the Jollibee Group said in its press announcement. “It is also a testament to the dedication of our teams, franchisees and business partners who continue to deliver joyful customer experiences every day.”

The company added that the rankings highlight the strength of its portfolio of homegrown brands and reinforce its strategy of building enduring, consumer-focused restaurant concepts capable of sustained long-term growth.

The recognition comes as the Jollibee Group continues expanding both domestically and internationally through a diversified portfolio of quick-service and casual dining brands. The publicly listed restaurant company operates more than 9,700 restaurants worldwide across over 30 brands, including Jollibee, Chowking, Mang Inasal, Greenwich, Red Ribbon, Burger King Philippines, The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf, Smashburger, Highlands Coffee, Yonghe King, Tim Ho Wan and Compose Coffee, among others.

Jollibee remains the group’s flagship franchise brand and one of Asia’s fastest-growing quick-service restaurant chains, operating more than 1,700 stores across 17 countries. Mang Inasal has expanded to more than 570 restaurants across the Philippines, with franchising playing a significant role in its nationwide growth, while Chowking continues to be one of the country’s leading Chinese quick-service restaurant brands.
