Australian frozen-yogurt chain Yo-Chi has opened its first U.S. location in Dallas, extending its international growth after launching in London in August. The Dallas shop opened October 3 at 5710 W. Lovers Lane, Suite 101, near Inwood Village.
Founded in Melbourne in 2012, Yo-Chi says it has grown to more than 75 locations across Australia, up from four venues in 2020. It entered Singapore in 2025 and opened its first UK shop in London’s Notting Hill on August 20, 2026. Dallas is its first U.S. market.
The Lovers Lane shop serves self-serve frozen yogurt made with fresh milk and live probiotics, organic açaí, and more than 40 toppings. Options include fresh fruit, nuts, chocolate, mini mochi and cookie dough, alongside warm brownies, cookie cake and sauces. The company describes the venue as a community gathering place, with communal topping stations, neon signage, a disco ball and music. Its model includes no tipping, reusable bowls and free water-refill stations.
The opening celebration featured a live DJ, special chocolate cowboy-hat toppings and giveaways; the first 50 guests in line were offered a free bowl. Regular hours are 10 a.m.–10 p.m. Monday through Thursday and 10 a.m.–11 p.m. Friday through Sunday, according to the company.
The Lovers Lane shop is the first of two Dallas locations planned for 2026. A second is slated for NorthPark Center, although the company has not announced an opening date. Yo-Chi says the Dallas openings will lead into a broader U.S. expansion and is seeking experienced joint-venture partners for future markets. The company has also announced upcoming locations in Thailand and Malaysia
The Dallas expansion announcement says the brand is seeking U.S. joint-venture partners. That points to partnership opportunities, but Yo-Chi has not published a U.S. franchise offer, fees, investment requirements or franchise terms.
