Venture X, a global provider of high‑quality flexible workspaces, said multi‑unit franchise owners Kevin & Geidre Priddy of Priddy Spaces have acquired four existing coworking facilities in the Dallas‑Fort Worth market and are converting them to Venture X locations. The move marks the franchisees’ entry into Texas and expands the brand’s footprint in one of the nation’s fastest‑growing business regions.
The Priddys began building their coworking portfolio in 2022 with the acquisition of a Venture X location in West Palm Beach, Florida. They have since grown their holdings to seven Venture X sites and one Office Evolution facility, with several more in active development.
The four Dallas‑Fort Worth properties were acquired from Plano‑based landlord Michael Comegys, whose company previously operated them under the CityCentral brand. Comegys opted to partner with experienced flex workspace operators to better serve tenants while focusing on his core commercial real estate business.
All four are open and operating as Venture X, with full conversions underway at the Plano East and Dallas‑Addison sites. With these additions, Venture X now operates more than a dozen locations in the Dallas‑Fort Worth metroplex, offering flexible, modern workspace solutions to professionals and businesses of varying sizes.
In a statement, Kevin Priddy said the expansion into Dallas‑Fort Worth aligns with the franchisees’ growth strategy and reflects demand for flexible office space in high‑growth business centres. He added that hybrid work models and changing corporate real estate practices have increased the value of flexible workspace offerings for both tenants and property owners.
Venture X is part of Vast Coworking Group, which also includes Office Evolution® and Intelligent Office®. The Priddys are also developing additional Venture X and Office Evolution locations in other regions, including South and Central Florida and Metro Atlanta.
