Craveworthy Brands Debuts First Seven-Concept Restaurant at Georgia Tech

Date:

Multi-brand restaurant franchisor Craveworthy Brands is expanding its non-traditional growth strategy with the launch of its first Crave Kitchen multi-concept restaurant at the Georgia Institute of Technology, bringing seven restaurant brands under a single operating platform when the venue opens in August 2026 at the John Lewis Student Centre. The project marks the company’s first large-scale deployment of its shared-services, multi-brand model in a university setting and is designed to serve Georgia Tech’s community of more than 56,000 students, faculty and staff.

Located on the second level of the John Lewis Student Centre, Crave Kitchen Georgia Tech will feature offerings from Big Chicken, Fresh Brothers, Kinnamōns, Krafted, Taim Mediterranean Kitchen, Benny’s Cheesesteaks, and Wonder Dog, while Dirty Dough cookies will be available through campus catering and group orders. The mix spans breakfast, lunch, dinner and late-night dining, with dine-in, takeaway and delivery options tailored to campus demand.

Unlike traditional campus food courts that rely on multiple restaurant operators, Crave Kitchen will be powered by a centralized operating system, shared supply chain, unified training platform and integrated technology stack. According to the company, the model enables venue partners to work with a single operator while maintaining brand-specific menus and standards across multiple concepts. The strategy is aimed at high-volume nontraditional locations such as universities, airports, stadiums, casinos and resorts, segments that continue to attract growing investment from restaurant franchisors.

“Bringing multiple brands into a single venue under one operating system, without compromising quality or consistency, is a challenge across this industry. It’s what we’ve focused on building over the last several years. As brick-and-mortar continues to grow and non-traditional accelerates alongside it, Georgia Tech represents the future of where this model is headed. We’re building an all-in-one system designed to scale intentionally,” said Gregg Majewski, Founder and CEO of Craveworthy Brands.

Georgia Tech Dining said the partnership broadens dining options while simplifying operations. “Our goal at Georgia Tech Dining is to deliver an experience that matches the energy and vibrancy of Georgia Tech’s campus, and this collaboration with Craveworthy brings that to life in a meaningful way. The John Lewis Student Centre is one of the most high-demand dining locations in the city, and introducing multiple great-tasting, high-quality brands in one space allows us to better serve that demand while expanding the breadth and diversity of our overall retail dining portfolio,” said Ryan Greene, Executive Director of Dining and Retail at Georgia Tech.

The Georgia Tech opening represents another milestone in Craveworthy’s expansion beyond traditional restaurant real estate. The company has increasingly targeted institutional and travel-focused venues while also accelerating international growth, including its recently announced entry into India.

Founded in 2022 by former Jimmy John’s CEO Gregg Majewski, Craveworthy Brands has rapidly built one of the restaurant industry’s fastest-growing multi-brand franchise platforms through acquisitions, partnerships and brand development. The company now operates more than 20 restaurant concepts, including Big Chicken, Fresh Brothers, Taim Mediterranean Kitchen, Gregorys Coffee, Dirty Dough, Wing It On!, Genghis Grill, Flat Top Grill and others. Across its portfolio, Craveworthy has more than 300 locations in the U.S. and international markets, generating more than $300 million in systemwide sales while offering franchise development across multiple concepts.
