Orchestration of Life™, a three-day personal development programme inspired by the traditional Chinese philosophy of Yi Jing (I Ching), is set to enter the Indian market with programmes planned in Chennai and Bengaluru later this year.
The programme will make its India debut in Chennai from September 4–6, 2026, followed by a Bengaluru edition from October 15–17, 2026.
Established in 2019, Orchestration of Life™ says it has expanded into more than 17 countries, including Singapore, Malaysia, Taiwan, Thailand, the Philippines, Vietnam, Indonesia, Hong Kong, Japan, South Korea, the Netherlands, Norway, New Zealand, Canada, Austria and Nepal. The organisers also state that the programme has reached more than 60 million students worldwide.
The India launch is aimed at a broad audience including entrepreneurs, corporate leaders, professionals, educators, parents and young adults, with the programme focusing on self-awareness, personal strengths, relationships, decision-making and life cycles.
From Yi Jing to Modern Personal Development
While Yi Jing is often associated with traditional divination and predictions about the future, Orchestration of Life™ takes a different approach, according to its organisers.
The programme uses concepts derived from Yi Jing as a framework for self-understanding, helping participants examine their individual strengths, behavioural patterns, communication styles, relationship dynamics, decision-making tendencies and different stages of life.
The organisers say the objective is to help participants make more informed decisions rather than provide conventional fortune-telling. “Many people spend years learning how to build a career, but very few learn how to understand themselves,” said Lim Mei Xi, international speaker and life strategist.
“Orchestration of Life™ helps participants discover their own operating life manual they were never given. When you understand yourself better, you naturally make better decisions, build healthier relationships, and create a life that is more aligned with who you truly are.”
Three-Day Programme Structure
The programme is divided into three stages, with each day addressing a different aspect of personal development.
The first day, “Know Yourself Beyond Labels,” focuses on understanding individual strengths and gifts, recognising recurring life patterns, identifying potential blind spots and developing greater self-awareness.
The second day, “Understand Others and Improve Relationships,” explores communication, personality differences, conflict and relationship dynamics. The organisers say the lessons can be applied to both personal relationships and professional environments.
The final day, “Align With Your Future, Knowing Your Life Cycle,” focuses on decision-making, timing, opportunities and creating a clearer direction for career and life.
Potential Business Applications
The programme is also being positioned as relevant to entrepreneurs and business owners.
According to the organisers, greater understanding of individual strengths and behavioural tendencies can help leaders make more informed decisions about people and roles within an organisation.
The programme highlights potential applications in areas such as leadership, communication, collaboration and talent placement, with the stated objective of helping organisations improve productivity and reduce employee turnover.
This business-focused element broadens the programme beyond personal development, particularly for entrepreneurs and leaders looking for frameworks to better understand teams and workplace relationships.
Growing International Footprint
Since its establishment in 2019, Orchestration of Life™ says it has been introduced across markets in Asia, Europe, North America and Oceania. Its stated markets include Singapore, Malaysia, Taiwan, Thailand, the Philippines, Vietnam, Indonesia, Hong Kong, Japan, South Korea, the Netherlands, Norway, New Zealand, Canada, Austria and Nepal.
The programme has attracted participants from a range of backgrounds, including entrepreneurs, corporate executives, professionals, educators, parents and young adults navigating significant life or career transitions, according to the organisers.
India now becomes the latest market targeted by the programme as it seeks to introduce its Yi Jing-based personal development model to a new audience.
International Speaker Panel
The India programmes will be led by speakers associated with the Asia Yi Jing Cultural Exchange Association.
The speaker panel includes Lim Mei Xi, a Singapore-based professional speaker, entrepreneur and founder of Being & Beyond; Zeng Chu Jun, a Malaysian senior international speaker, international educator and senior management professional at an international college; Lee Zhong Jun, a Malaysian senior international speaker and former financial industry practitioner; and Sheng Chu Xuan, a senior international speaker and general manager of a multinational corporation.
Together, the speakers bring experience spanning education, leadership, business and personal development, alongside their work with Yi Jing-based learning.
India Launch Comes as Demand for Personal Development Evolves
The India launch comes as professionals and business owners increasingly face questions around career direction, workplace pressure, relationships and long-term personal fulfilment.
Orchestration of Life™ says its programme is designed for individuals who may feel stuck despite working hard, experience recurring personal or relationship patterns, struggle with career decisions or feel disconnected between professional achievement and personal fulfilment.
Rather than focusing solely on motivation, the programme seeks to provide participants with a structured framework for understanding themselves and applying those insights to everyday decisions.
The organisers state that the INR 9,300 fee is a one-time registration for lifelong learning, allowing registered participants to attend Orchestration of Life™ classes multiple times.
With its India debut, Orchestration of Life™ is seeking to take a traditional body of knowledge and position it within a contemporary personal and professional development framework, bringing its international programme to two of India’s major business and professional centres.
