More Than Loft Ladders Powers Franchise Growth with New HQ

Date:

More Than Loft Ladders (MTLL), the UK loft ladder installation franchise, is stepping up investment in its franchise network with a new headquarters in Long Eaton, alongside the launch of a dedicated training academy and content studio.

The new facility has been designed as a central hub for the growing franchise network, giving franchisees greater access to training, marketing resources and ongoing support as the business expands.

The MTLL Academy provides a dedicated training environment for new franchisees preparing to launch their businesses, while also giving existing franchisees a space to refresh their knowledge and develop new skills.

The new content studio will support the network’s marketing activity, allowing MTLL to create a wider range of resources for franchisees, including introductory videos, customer communications and social media content.

Managing Director Liam Hobbs said the new headquarters marked the completion of more than a year of planning and was intended to bring franchisees closer to the wider business. “It’s great to see the office up and running after over a year of planning,” said Hobbs. “I’d love for it to become a real hub for our franchisees, somewhere they enjoy coming to, meeting other people and picking up new ideas.”

The investment in the network comes as MTLL welcomes its latest franchisee, Ant Dyboll, who has launched the brand’s North Hampshire territory.

Dyboll brings more than 30 years of experience in technology and business to the franchise. He said he was looking for an opportunity to build something of his own while delivering a service that would make a difference in his local community.

“MTLL felt like the right fit to me because of its reputation for quality and professionalism, as well as its established model and a real focus on customer satisfaction,” said Dyboll. “Now I’m looking to build a trusted local service across North Hampshire, and hopefully further afield in the years ahead.”

For MTLL, the arrival of an experienced franchisee reinforces the importance of having the infrastructure and support systems in place to help franchisees develop their businesses.

“Ant is bringing a huge amount of business experience with him, so we’re excited to see what he can achieve,” said Hobbs.

“We have a vision for the future of MTLL, but you need the right foundations underneath that ambition. This new space gives us the platform to keep developing our people, the resources available to them and the systems around our franchisees as we move forward.”

The latest developments underline MTLL’s focus on building the infrastructure behind its franchise network as it looks to support further growth.
