K11 Musea Expands Retail Footprint with 60+ Luxury and Premium Brand Additions

Date:

Hong Kong’s K11 Musea has significantly expanded its retail portfolio, onboarding more than 60 new luxury and premium brands as part of a large-scale tenant repositioning strategy.

The move has refreshed over 30 per cent of the mall’s retail space, marking one of its most extensive upgrades since opening.

The expansion is being rolled out in phases, with the first stage focused on global luxury labels and scheduled for completion by the end of 2026. A second phase will introduce premium lifestyle and trending brands, aligning with evolving consumer demand and experiential retail trends.

New and upgraded flagship stores include leading international names such as Audemars Piguet, Balenciaga, Brunello Cucinelli, Prada, Rolex, and Van Cleef & Arpels, many of which have introduced duplex formats and expanded retail concepts within the mall.

Alongside luxury, the mall is also strengthening its position in high-growth categories such as athleisure and beauty. Brands including Lululemon, Sephora and Bath & Body Works have either opened new stores or expanded their presence, reflecting shifting consumer preferences toward wellness and lifestyle retail.

The repositioning is expected to deliver double digit rental growth across upgraded spaces, underlining strong leasing momentum and brand confidence in the destination. According to management, the influx of international brands signals long term confidence in the mall’s business model and Hong Kong’s recovery as a global luxury shopping hub.

K11 Musea’s expansion comes amid a broader rebound in tourism and high value retail spending. The mall has recorded rising footfall and a sharp increase in tourist spending, with recent festive periods delivering significant year on year growth.

Positioned as a cultural retail landmark under New World Development, K11 Musea is leveraging curated brand mix, experiential retail and flagship store formats to reinforce its standing as a key luxury retail destination in Asia. The latest expansion further strengthens its appeal to international brands seeking premium retail space and high spending consumers.
