Molly Tea Brews Third Singapore Outlet, Expands West

Date:

Molly Tea is set to open its third outlet in Singapore on October 9, extending its footprint into the country’s West region just seven months after making its local debut.

The Chinese floral tea brand will open at Hillion Mall, marking its first Singapore location in the West. The new outlet follows Molly Tea’s debut at Orchard Central in March 2026, followed by its second location at Singapore Land Tower in Raffles Place.

The three-store rollout gives Molly Tea a presence across different retail catchments in Singapore, from the Orchard shopping district and central business area to the residential and retail catchment around Bukit Panjang.

Founded in Shenzhen, China, Molly Tea specialises in floral teas and contemporary interpretations of traditional Chinese tea. Jasmine is central to its product offering, with its menu featuring jasmine milk teas, fruit teas and other floral-infused beverages.

Molly Tea has expanded rapidly outside China and says its global network has surpassed 2,000 stores, with locations across markets including the United States, United Kingdom, Australia, Indonesia, Thailand and Singapore. The brand has increasingly used international markets as part of its broader expansion strategy.

Its Singapore debut at Orchard Central in March was positioned as a major Southeast Asian launch. The outlet was reported to be the brand’s largest location in Southeast Asia at the time of opening, while Molly Tea also reported strong initial consumer demand during its first weekend in the market.

The brand operates an international franchise and partnership model, providing partners with support across areas such as site selection, store design, training, opening preparation, supply chain and operations. However, the ownership structure of Molly Tea’s Singapore outlets has not been publicly confirmed.

The Hillion Mall opening will expand Molly Tea’s reach into Singapore’s West region and give the brand access to a different customer base from its first two locations. The outlet is expected to offer Molly Tea’s core range, including Premium Jasmine Milk Tea, Jasmine Grape Milk Tea, Osmanthus Milk Tea and White Champaca Milk Tea. For the opening, Molly Tea is offering a Buy One Get One Free promotion from October 9 to 11 on selected signature drinks, subject to availability. The launch promotion is also expected to support customer acquisition as the brand establishes itself in the new location.

Molly Tea’s continued rollout in Singapore comes as Chinese tea and beverage brands increasingly expand across Southeast Asia through a mix of direct investment, franchising and local partnerships. With its third Singapore location arriving within seven months of entry, Molly Tea is building a wider local footprint while continuing to grow its international network.
