Domino’s Pizza Inc. has announced a significant refresh of its Board of Directors, appointing Michael C. Creedon Jr. and Anneliese Olson as new independent directors while electing Corie Barry, CEO of Best Buy, as the company’s new Lead Independent Director. The leadership changes are aimed at strengthening board oversight and supporting Domino’s long-term growth strategy as the world’s largest pizza company continues expanding its global franchise network.
The appointments, effective July 15, 2026, expand Domino’s board from eight to ten directors. Creedon and Olson have also been appointed to the Board’s Audit Committee. Corie Barry succeeds Richard Federico as Lead Independent Director, while Federico will remain on the Board and continue serving as Chairman of the Audit Committee.

Barry, who has served on Domino’s Board since 2018 and currently chairs the Compensation and Human Capital Committee, said the company is well positioned for its next phase of growth. “I’m honoured to serve as Lead Independent Director and appreciate the confidence of my fellow independent directors. Creedon currently serves as Chief Executive Officer of Dollar Tree, having joined the retailer as Chief Operating Officer in 2022 before becoming CEO in 2024. Earlier in his career, he held senior leadership roles at Advance Auto Parts, Tyco International and ADT Security, bringing extensive operational and retail expertise to Domino’s board.
Olson brings a strong technology and global consumer background. She currently serves as a senior executive at HP Inc. and previously held leadership roles at Kohl’s, Bain & Company, and Starbucks, where she led the coffee chain’s international operations. Her experience spans digital transformation, retail strategy and global business expansion.
While the appointments do not alter Domino’s franchise structure, they reinforce governance at a time when the company continues to invest heavily in digital innovation, international expansion and franchise profitability. Domino’s operates more than 21,300 stores across over 90 markets, with more than 99% of its restaurants owned and operated by independent franchisees, making it one of the world’s most franchise-driven restaurant systems.
The strengthened board brings additional expertise in consumer retail, technology, operations and corporate governance, areas expected to support Domino’s continued global franchise growth and long-term value creation.
