REP’M Group has appointed Alissa Pavano to lead franchise development for its newest brand partner, The Fashion Class, as the children’s creative education concept begins scaling its franchise footprint across the U.S.
The move signals a sharper push into growth for The Fashion Class, a New York-born fashion education brand founded in 2010 that offers hands-on sewing, design, and creative programs for children, teens, and adults.
Pavano, who joins with a background in e-commerce and entrepreneurship, will focus on building the franchise network, recruiting operators, and shaping development strategy for the emerging brand.
In a statement, Pavano highlighted what drew her to the platform, saying: “What really attracted me to REP’M Group is its ability to support businesses at every stage, from brand development and real estate.” She added that the opportunity aligns closely with her entrepreneurial interests, noting in a separate statement: “I’m especially honoured to be working with the REP’M Group. The Fashion Class is a dream brand to partner with.”
The Fashion Class represents a fast-growing segment within children’s enrichment, combining structured curriculum with creative expression. The concept delivers multiple revenue streams through classes, camps, workshops, and events, while also extending into schools and community spaces.
Launched as a studio-based business in New York City by founder Kerri Quigley, the brand has evolved into a scalable model, franchising since 2023 with a relatively moderate investment range and a curriculum-driven operating system designed for non-expert operators.
With Pavano now leading development, REP’M Group is positioning The Fashion Class to tap into rising demand for experiential and skills-based education, particularly among younger consumers. Her role is expected to focus on identifying growth markets, strengthening franchisee onboarding, and accelerating unit expansion in the coming phase.
