Pure Green has announced its latest expansion into Orange County, California, marking another step in the brand’s ongoing U.S. growth strategy and its push to tap into high-demand wellness-driven markets.
The new Orange County development will be led by a franchisee described by the company as deeply committed to the health and wellness space, with a vision aligned to Pure Green’s broader mission of building healthier communities. The move signals the brand’s continued focus on partnering with operators who bring local market understanding alongside a passion for nutrition-led concepts.
The incoming franchisee highlighted the brand’s support system and market potential, calling the experience ‘incredibly rewarding,’ and pointing to the strength of the concept and rising consumer demand for healthier food and beverage options as key drivers behind the investment.
Founded in 2014 by Ross Franklin, Pure Green has positioned itself as one of the fastest-growing juice and smoothie bar franchises in the U.S., offering a menu built around handcrafted superfood smoothies, acai bowls and cold-pressed juices. The brand has steadily expanded its footprint through a franchise-led model designed to keep costs relatively low while maintaining operational efficiency.
The Orange County entry comes as demand for health-focused quick-service concepts continues to rise, particularly in urban and fitness-centric communities. Pure Green’s small-format stores, typically ranging between 400 to 1,200 square feet, are designed for high-traffic locations such as retail hubs, corporate districts and wellness corridors.
With more than 150 locations open or in development across the U.S., the brand has been accelerating its national rollout, leveraging a centralized supply chain for its cold-pressed juice products and a franchise model that emphasizes scalability and support.
The Orange County launch is expected to further strengthen Pure Green’s presence on the West Coast, positioning the brand to capitalize on one of the country’s most health-conscious consumer markets.
