Williams-Sonoma, Inc. has promoted Aujsha Taylor to President of its premium lighting and hardware brand Rejuvenation, as the company continues to strengthen leadership across its portfolio.
Taylor, a long-time company executive, joined Williams-Sonoma in 2003 and has held multiple leadership roles across the business, including within the Pottery Barn division. She has led Rejuvenation since 2020, most recently serving as Senior Vice President before stepping into the president role.

Under her leadership, Rejuvenation has delivered strong growth, with revenues more than doubling alongside an expanded merchandise assortment and a growing physical footprint. The brand currently operates 13 retail stores, including new locations opened in Nashville and Salt Lake City in 2025, with a 14th store planned for Dallas in 2026.
In her new role, Taylor will continue to oversee merchandising strategy, product innovation and long-term growth initiatives, as the company positions Rejuvenation as a potential billion-dollar brand within its portfolio.
Commenting on the appointment, CEO Laura Alber said Taylor’s promotion reflects her contribution in shaping the brand’s growth trajectory and highlighted her leadership across design, operations and customer experience.
Taylor noted that the brand will continue to build on its legacy of craftsmanship and timeless design while expanding its reach across categories and channels.
Founded in 1977 and acquired by Williams-Sonoma in 2011, Rejuvenation specializes in lighting, hardware and home furnishings, serving both consumer and trade segments.
The leadership move comes amid a broader series of executive appointments at Williams-Sonoma, as the company sharpens its focus on growth, category expansion and customer engagement across its multi-brand portfolio.
